Taking your measurements
Wear similar undergarment you plan to wear with your wedding dress when taking the measurements, preferably have your measurements taken by a professional tailor. Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust, not underneath the bust. Waist – Measure around the smallest part of your torso. This should be a few inches above your belly button. Hip – Measure around the fullest part of your hip. This should be about 8” or 9” below your waist. |
Finding your gown size
Compare your body measurements to the size chart below. It is very important that you order the largest size that corresponds to your measurements. For example, if your bust - waist - hip measurements are 34” (size 4) - 25” (size 0) - 38” (size 6), we suggest you order a size 6. You can have your dress altered down to custom fit to your figure. It is easier to take in a dress than having to let out a dress since a lot of the dresses are finished with French seams in order to not compromise the beauty of the transparent fabric.
